A site that loads in two seconds and texts you the lead.

One-page builds for Metro Vancouver businesses. A flat price, a date on the calendar, and you pay once it is live and you have watched the form text your own phone.

Where the work goes

Three places a local business loses jobs without ever seeing it happen.

Packages

Three things I build, at the price they cost.

Flat prices, Canadian dollars, GST on top. The monthly covers the line and the carrier charges behind it and stops whenever you say so, with a month of notice. Anything outside the scope above is quoted before it is built, never after.

How it works

You see the work before any money moves.

  1. A rebuild, at no charge

Pick one page off your current site. I rebuild it and send you a link. Open it on your own phone, on your own connection, next to the old one. Nothing is owed and there is no meeting attached to it.

  2. A flat price and a date

If you want the rest, you get one number and one delivery date in writing, with the scope underneath it so nothing drifts. The number does not move once it is written.

  3. You pay once it is live

The site goes up. You stand there, fill in your own form, and your phone buzzes in your hand. That is when the invoice goes out. If the form does not reach your phone, you do not owe me anything.

Background

What I actually do.

I write software for things that are not allowed to fail quietly.

Most of that is controllers buried inside devices that run for months with nobody watching them, phone systems that listen and answer in a normal voice, and programs that carry a job from one end to the other on their own using large language models. That work leaves a habit behind: fewer moving parts, nothing loaded that is not needed, and a failure you hear about the minute it happens rather than a week later.

A one-page site for a plumbing company is a small problem next to that. Which is exactly why it should be quick, and why it should never quietly drop a lead.

Book

Twenty minutes, and you will know whether this is worth doing.

Bring the page you want rebuilt. I will tell you on the call whether it can be made faster, what it would cost, and how long it takes. If it is not worth doing, I will say that instead.

Put it in writing and I will answer within one business day.

A link to your current site is the most useful thing you can put here.
